Mr. McClellan from Manitoba, caused considerable excitement Saturday evening by going around and pulling down all the flags that came in his reach. Sunday morning he set fire to the old red building near the depot, which is used for a machine warehouse by Blacklock & Grill. Fortunately the fire was discovered and put out by Casper Steinberg before it had gained headway. It was quite evident that the fellow was troubled with wheels in his head and was an object of pity, and he was persuaded to take the north bound train for Winnipeg, Manitoba. Pembina county was thus saved the expense of sending him to
Jamestown.
