Napoleon, N.D. Dec 29—It cost Martin Gunseth just $10.00 for kicking Mrs. Christ Schock in the shins.

"Well, she was trying to unhitch mine team, and I couldn't stop her," he said.

"Shouldn't kick a lady, anyway, $10.00," said the judge.
