Saw Hoxsey Fall

Grand Forks.—Conductor Willis of the Great Northern has returned from his trip to California. Mr. Willis saw Arch Hoxsley, the aviator who flew at the Grand Forks fair, meet his death. According to Mr. Willis, the aviator was descending in great circles when suddenly his machine tilted forward and came down to the earth at a terrible rate. The aviator worked like a tiger to right his machine, but his efforts were in vain.
