Farmer's Neck Is Broken In Auto Smashup
Beach, N.D., May 12.—John Hollstein, 60, farmer living in Beach, is dead with a broken neck caused by his auto turning over at about 6 p.m. Tuesday. He had been at his farm south of town all day and was autoing home when his machine skidded it is supposed, and went into the ditch, turning completely over in some unexplained way breaking his neck, although the body had no bruises on it. A neighbor passing the spot about two hours later found Hollstein's body under the machine. He summoned the dead man's son and they extracted the body and rushed it to town but the doctor could do nothing death having been instantaneous.
Hollstein leaves his wife, a married son and a daughter.
