Harry McPhail was arrested in Threehorn, Manitoba, by Sheriff Rutten of Devils Lake, for horse stealing. Four of the missing animals and harness and a buggy were found in his possession. Since locating in Threehorn he had won a bride and had been married two weeks when along comes Sheriff Rutten to get him, kind of rutton him.
