Cremated

Register of Deeds Hatch had a thrilling experience Saturday night in crossing the Antelope going to his ranch. The water was very deep and the current strong, and when in the middle of the stream Mr. Hatch found himself waist-deep in water, his horse and wagon going down, and he was compelled to swim for land. Mr. Hatch swam the stream again and went over to John Dobson's for the night, coming over in the morning to fish out his wagon and harness. The horse was in the water about eight hours.
