While mowing weeds about his barn last Wednesday morning, Anton Anderson, a Ransom County farmer, ran over his four year old boy, cutting off both legs above the knees. The boy and an older sister were hunting for eggs in the tall weeds when the girl heard the mower approaching and endeavored to save her brother, but was too late. The boy is not expected to live.
