Joseph Keneson is filling Dawson Bell's ice house, and in order to get a snow track, goes through allies {sp}, having taken up the sidewalk near the Congregational church, which being left up during the past few nights has been something of an annoyance. D. E. Rice fell headlong off the end of the sidewalk one night as did David Purdon. Joe is a mighty good fellow, but he should not leave the sidewalk opend nights.
